Personalized services

Numerology readings are personalized services prepared using information supplied for a specific client or business. If you need to cancel a paid reading, contact Impact Numerology as soon as possible.

Before work begins

Where a cancellation request is received before substantive work on a personalized reading has begun, Impact Numerology will review the request and confirm whether the payment can be refunded.

After work has begun or a reading has been delivered

Because personalized work may have little or no resale value once preparation has begun, a full refund may not be available after substantive work has started or after the reading has been delivered.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount or paid for a transaction that was not correctly recorded, contact Impact Numerology with the payment reference so the transaction can be investigated.

Business reading enquiries

Submitting a request for a scoped Business Numerology Reading does not itself create a paid booking. The scope and price must first be confirmed.

Payment-provider processing

Approved refunds may be subject to the processing timelines and technical requirements of the payment provider or financial institution involved.

Requesting a review

Use the Impact Numerology contact page and include the booking or payment reference, the service purchased and the reason for the request.
